Meet JONGNOW

JONGNOW is a Thai badminton media platform exploring the sport, its people and the culture around it. We cover what is happening, what players want to understand, what is worth trying and who is helping shape badminton in Thailand.

Through articles and videos, we connect experiences from the court with research and perspectives that make badminton stories useful, accessible and relevant to everyday players.

It started on a badminton court.

In 2020, Waen, Sunny, Per and Tan met on a badminton court and turned their shared passion into JONGNOW. We began with our own equipment and the questions we encountered while playing: if we wanted to know, other badminton lovers probably did too.

Waen brought her experience in documentary production, creative work, filming, editing and presenting to the team, along with a woman’s perspective on badminton.

That curiosity now extends to the people, lifestyles and developments that tell a wider story about badminton in Thailand.
